My Father's Day
Jun. 15th, 2008 09:45 pm Other than geeking, my Father's day was quite lovely. The children woke me up with scrambled eggs and fruit salad, and after that Omaha and I dropped them off with a friend for two hours while we went to see the musical, Avenue Q, which was frakkin' hilarious and wonderful and all that. Yes, the musical that includes, The Internet is for Porn!.
After the play we picked up the girls and I dropped Omaha off at her bi-weekly role playing game, then went home. The girls and I kinda fumped around outside, played on the swings and I dug up some weeds. I cooked pizza for dinner. Around seven it was time for Yamaraashi-chan to go back to her mother's house, but with fifteen minutes to spare we swung by Baskin-Robbins for ice cream. I had peppermint, yum.
When Kouryou-chan and I got home, we played Sorry! for a little bit before her bedtime. All in all, a lovely day, quiet and not too demanding.
